During this consultation, students and parents will get off the cuff recommendations for specific gap year opportunities, advice on how to plan an intentional, structured gap year, and advice on other resources for continuing their gap year research independently. This is a more affordable option than our gap year consulting packages, but does not include the individualized research, recommendations, and ongoing support that our other consultation packages include.

Please Note: My expertise is not in the therapeutic field, and the gap year opportunities I am most familiar with do not serve students who need more intensive therapeutic support (those with ongoing or untreated substance abuse, ongoing or untreated eating disorders, behavioral problems, or mental health concerns that require ongoing treatment). If you believe that your needs align more closely with a therapeutic program, I can refer you to a counselor who deals specifically with therapeutic experiential education programs.
